Korean BBQ burst onto the American food scene a little over a decade ago, and it has started taking root in the heart of America. Up until now, Korean BBQ has simply catered to the Korean masses, making it hard for inexperienced, yet adventurous diners to easily access and enjoy. At Breakers, our mission is to “break” the traditional mold of Korean BBQ and introduce a new trend of Korean fine-dining. We do not conform—we create.
